A team from LRMM participates in a virtual run to benefit Justice Pro Bono

October 2, 2020

Despite the pandemic, Justice Pro Bono found a new way to hold its annual Juri Course event, bringing together the legal community and their loved ones to raise money and support access to justice. The event, held from September 25 to 27, took place in a virtual setting for the first time.

A team from LRMM including Nicholas Backman, Mathilde Delorme, Harry H. Dikranian, Jean-Claude Jr. Lemay, Stéphanie Marcotte, and Antonietta Melchiorre participated in this charitable event. Among them, three members ranked in the top 10.

When registering, participants had to choose between a 5km or 10km run, a 5km walk and/or a family 1km, and could decide where and when they preferred to run or walk. Stephanie Marcotte came in second in the 10 km women’s category and Jean-Claude Lemay Jr. also came in second in the 10 km men’s category.

Congratulations to the whole team who helped raise over $9,000 to Justice Pro Bono!
