We are delighted to welcome Irina Boldeanu and Karl Ferland, attorneys, to our Civil and Commercial Litigation Group.
Irina holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, as well as a Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal.
While in private practice, she developed significant experience in intellectual property, litigation and class action defence.
As for Karl, he is a graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke.
He began his career as a legal advisor in a leading Quebec-based telecommunications company. He has worked on various defamation and press freedom cases, as well as contentious real estate and commercial cases.
