Christopher Deehy, leader of the Labour and Employment Law group, has been practicing with the firm since 1995.
He represents the firm’s corporate clients before all civil and administrative labour tribunals. He advises employers in all matters relating to employment relationships with their employees, whether they be unionized or not, including health and safety issues, collective bargaining, labour relations, sexual or psychological harassment complaints, discrimination, etc.
More specifically, Christopher has substantial experience in collective bargaining, employment litigation, occupational and accommodation health and safety, restructuring and collective dismissals.
Christopher holds a Master’s Degree in industrial relations and is a member of the Professional Corporation of Industrial Relations Consultants. He is also a certified mediator. Christopher is also directly involved in the coordination of employment matters in the context of commercial transactions.
