Nancy Cleman to serve a third term as co-chair of the Bar of Montreal’s Access to Justice in the English Language Committee

Nancy Cleman has been named co-chair of the Access to Justice in the English Language Committee of the Bar of Montreal for a third consecutive year.

The Committee’s mandate is to ensure access to justice in English for all in the District of Montreal. The members study the factual and legal situations that affect that access to preserve the rights of individuals before the courts and to maintain a bilingual legal system at all levels.
