We are delighted to welcome Marie-Pascale Rolland as a new attorney in our Tax, Estate Planning and Fiscal Litigation Group.

Marie-Pascale was called to the Quebec Bar in 2013. Her practice in the tax focuses on all aspects of tax law, including tax planning strategies in the context of commercial transactions, such as the incorporation of corporations, the establishment of partnerships and trust structures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. She advises clients with their undertakings, whether they are setting up a new business, making an acquisition, restructuring their business or intend to transfer their business.

She also provides legal advice to clients in the context of estate planning and voluntary disclosures, where she represents them before the tax authorities.
