Peter Moraitis has been appointed as a member of the Liaison Committee with the Court of Quebec, Civil Division of the Montreal Bar.
The mandate of this Committee is to act as a bridge between the lawyers forming part of the Bar of Montreal and the judges of the Court of Quebec, Civil Division with respect to matters, which are of interest to either parties, namely with respect to the jurisdiction and the activities of the Court within the District of Montreal.
