Nancy Cleman appointed as co-chair of the Bar of Montreal’s Access to Justice in the English Language Committee

Nancy Cleman will sit on the Access to Justice in the English Language Committee of the Bar of Montreal as co-chair for a second consecutive year.

The Committee’s mandate is to ensure access to justice in English for all parties in the District of Montreal. The members study the factual and legal situations that affect that access in order to preserve the rights of each individual and to maintain a bilingual legal system in all areas.
