Christopher Deehy was appointed as Secretary of the CBA Labour and Employment Section.
The CBA Labour and Employment Section’s mandate includes labour and employment law and practice. The section promote professionalism, share information and advocate on legal issues involving:
- Collective agreements;
- Arbitration of labour disputes;
- Labour-management relations;
- Trade unions.
