In a context of globalization which affects several fields such as the economy, the environment, politics and culture, the challenges facing international law become more and more significant. This has led Antonietta, partner, and Emma Noradounkian, student at law, to answer several questions on the international jurisdiction of Québec authorities, the jurisdiction of foreign authorities, and the ways of ensuring the enforcement of foreign judgments in Québec.
