Nancy Cleman, Partner

Member of the Quebec Bar since 1983 and The Law Society of Upper Canada since 1990, Nancy is recognized both nationally and internationally for her experience in the area of commercial law, including intellectual property and information technology. She is also a trademark agent and accredited mediator. Nancy has given numerous speeches on topics as varied as the planning for your digital life and afterlife, danger of e-mails, confidentiality and the duties and obligations of employees, doing business in Canada, etc. She is the author of several publications. Nancy is a member of several associations and committees including the SDAC Committee of CARTaGENE, she serves as Councillor of the Bar of Montreal and is a member of the Canadian IT 2016 planning committee conference, IPIC ADR committee, to name just a few. She is also Governor of the Foundation of the Quebec Bar. In 2014-15, she served as President of the Lord Reading Law Society.

 

 
Harry H. Dikranian, Partner

Member of the Quebec Bar since 1998, Harry has extensive civil and commercial litigation experience having pleaded before various civil and administrative tribunals, provincial, superior and appellate courts. He also successfully completed a class action before the Supreme Court of Canada. Harry has established a clientele that recognizes his experience in commercial leasing matters, estate litigation, commercial litigation and asset recovery. In 2015, he was elected Chairman of the Armenian Bar Association, a global association of 4,000 lawyers. In addition, Harry served as President of the Citizenship and Charter Committee of the Canadian Bar Association: Quebec Division 2013-2015. He is Governor of the Foundation of the Quebec Bar, Vice-president of the Fondation du Collège Beaubois and President of the Alumni Committee. Harry is a regular contributor to Global News where he provides interviews as a legal commentator.
