On September 23rd and October 3rd, Michel Durand gave a course on tax relations between companies.
The training session, organized by the APFF (Association de planification fiscale et financière), was primarily for lawyers and accountants who work in the field of taxation and who need to know the tax rules applicable to relations between companies.
During this presentation, participants reviewed the rules applicable to the control of companies, to arm’s length relationships, and to different types of relations among companies (related companies, associated companies, affiliated companies and connected companies).
In addition, Michel was a member of the organizing committee of the annual meeting of the APFF which was held recently in Montréal.
