The Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon team is proud to welcome Julie Lanteigne as a partner and Eric Stachecki as an associate.

Julie Lanteigne, partner

Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2002, Julie has extensive expertise in commercial real estate law, particularly commercial tenancy, providing services to both landlords and tenants, whether regarding office space, commercial centres or industrial properties.

Julie’s business knowledge and legal expertise, which includes litigation, as well as her previous experience as in-house counsel to one of Canada’s major property owners and her experience as legal adviser for large property and real-estate managers, enable her to thoroughly understand the issues her clientele faces. She represents a vast array of clients as well as companies of all sizes operating in various industries such as retailers, restaurants, services, manufacturers, professional services, high technology and the media.

Julie is frequently invited to speak about real-estate leasing and to participate as a panelist during conferences or act as panel moderator.

She will be a valuable addition in support our clients in the acquisition, the sale or development of real estate assets.

Eric Stachecki, associate

Eric was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2013 and is joining the Civil and Commercial Litigation team.
