We were delighted to welcome Hachmi Iman as a new attorney in our Labour and Employment Law group.
Iman was called to the Quebec Bar in 2023.
In her role, she advises employers in all matters relating to employment relationships with their employees and labour standards. Iman also represents clients in grievance arbitration and brings her expertise to bear in interpreting collective agreements.
Moreover, Iman provides support to the firm’s Commercial Law team, assisting them for any and all questions and required documentation in labour and employment in the context of mergers and acquisitions mandates of our clients.
