Antonietta Melchiorre and Harry H. Dikranian participated in a conference organized jointly with the Barreau du Québec and the English-Speaking Section of the Bar of Montreal.
This conference focused on best practices and pitfalls regarding the Lawyers Code of Professional Conduct.
Litigation partner Harry H. Dikranian, developed the content of this presentation, moderated the panel, that included Antonietta Melchiorre in her capacity as a part-time administrative judge at the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal, arbitrator, accredited mediator and litigator.
Antonietta discussed the deontological risks and potential pitfalls to avoid when drafting procedures.
This is the first English-language training course on ethics and deontology accredited by the Barreau du Québec. It will be available online on the Barreau du Québec website on a permanent basis at the end of January 2020.
