Antonietta Melchiorre’s conference, entitled “How to avoid capital punishment: The revocation of your licence” provides a brief summary of the most recent decisions rendered by the Disciplinary Committee of the Chambre de la sécurité financière in which the revocation of a licence, either permanent or temporary was ordered. The conference is geared towards the review of certain practices which must be avoided at all times.
