Linda started practising as a paralegal in 2021, primarily in the Financing sector.
Linda has experience in the movable property and real estate sectors. She conducts searches on public registers, such as the Register of personal and movable real rights (RPMRR) and the Quebec Land Registry. Moreover, she analyses results and drafts search reports. She also prepares applications for the registration of rights with the RPMRR such as deeds of release and discharge.
She is continuously enhancing her legal knowledge by attending seminars.
