Natalia Fuentes Quintana works as a paralegal since 2018. She concentrates her practice in litigation.
In this role, she assists attorneys with trial preparation by conducting case law, legislative and doctrinal searches, preparing and tracking undertakings and evidence, and drafting various procedural plans.
She is also responsible for document management, particularly in databases related to litigation, and conducts searches in several registers, such as the Quebec Land Register, the Register of personal and movable real rights and the Registraire des entreprises (Quebec enterprise register).
