Anne-Frédérique, a paralegal since 2025, has been part of LRMM’s Corporate Services department since May 2021.

She is developing her expertise in corporate law and assists lawyers in the verification of minute books and the preparation of documents required for various operations, such as incorporation, organization, registration, merger of companies and others.

It also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting the required updates and declarations to the Registraire des entreprises du Québec and Corporations Canada.
