Simon Desautels joined our team as an attorney in the winter of 2024.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Juris Doctor (Common Law and Transnational Law) from the Université de Sherbrooke. He began his career as a litigator with a major Quebec insurer after completing his internship in 2020. He is now a member of our Litigation, Insurance and Professional Liability team. His practice focuses on civil and professional liability, civil litigation and construction. He is regularly called upon to represent the interests of our clients before the various judicial and administrative tribunals of Quebec, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and advocates alternative dispute resolution.
