Michel Tourangeau has focused his practice on real estate law, construction law and banking law.
As a result of his real estate law and construction law practice, he advises developers, managers, franchisors, real estate brokers, investment funds and entrepreneurs on residential, hotel and commercial real estate projects, including senior citizen residential projects. These projects involve negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leasing offers, commercial leases, emphyteutic assignments, turnkey contracts and co-ownership agreements.
He also represents some institutions (hospital centre, general and vocational college) in connection with public-private commercial partnerships and real estate projects, condominium corporations and real estate managers.
In banking law matters, he advises and represents various financial institutions and lending corporations in connection with financing offers, publication and realization of securities and mortgage guarantees.
