François Haché has been with our firm since his call to the Bar. He focuses his practice on insurance law and its related fields, notably contract and tort liability. He is regularly called to plead civil liability and insurance matters before all courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec and administrative tribunals. Throughout the years, François has developed extensive expertise in matters of insurance fraud, contract invalidity, fire causes and personal injury.
