As a member of the firm’s commercial law group, Daniel Lacelle Salgado makes it his mission to advise his clients with rigor and pragmatism.
His practice consists mainly of general business and commercial law, privacy and regulatory compliance advice. As such, he is regularly involved in files involving a variety of clients, working on asset and share transactions, drafting and reviewing various agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with various laws.
Notably, Daniel is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a CIPP/C (Certified International Privacy Professional/Canada) and uses his knowledge in the field of privacy to advise his clients in their efforts to comply with applicable laws, while ensuring the implementation of pragmatic solutions that take into account their operational realities.
Daniel holds a law degree and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from the Université de Montréal.
