Passionate about business law, Alice joined LRMM’s commercial law team, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, reorganizations and the drafting of commercial contracts. Her inquisitive and practical nature facilitates the exploration of her clients’ business models, enabling her to provide them with effective and personalized legal advice.
Alice works in organized, multidisciplinary teams, giving her a diverse experience. In addition, she has assisted lawyers in preparing closing documents for various transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, as well as tax and commercial reorganizations. She has also reviewed minute books and conducted various corporate searches as part of due diligence. Her diverse experience gives her an edge as a lawyer specializing in commercial and transactional law.
She obtained her Bachelor of Law and Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal, where her academic achievements earned her a place on the Dean’s Honor List.
Eager for new challenges, Alice also completed a certificate in comparative law at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.
