Denis Bernier is our firm’s Executive Director. In this capacity, he is responsible for general management, participates in strategic management and ensures its implementation. Denis is a member of the Executive Committee, as well as various committees of the firm.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the Quebec Chartered Professional Accountants Order. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, information technologies, operations management and strategic procurement. He has worked in the insurance and professional services industries.
Denis is a member and president of the Finance committee of the Association québécoise des administrateurs juridiques (AQAJ). This association brings together managers from all legal administration areas and is a unique platform for discussions, a vast network for sharing knowledge and experience, and an unparalleled source of ideas, resources, and training.
Denis is known for his leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
