Your role and main responsibilities
- Assist the team in planning and carrying out files;
- Draft various resolutions;
- Prepare documents relating to the incorporation, amendment of articles, amalgamation, continuance and dissolution of companies;
- Prepare documents for transactions and reorganizations;
- Perform due diligence on minute books and draft reports and corrective resolutions;
- Update minute books;
- File documents with regulatory authorities;
- Update annual resolutions, reports, declarations and other continuous disclosure documents;
- Carry out any other tasks related to the functions of the sector.
Your profile
- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in corporate law (corporate and transactional)
- College diploma in paralegal techniques (or equivalent);
- Proficiency in the Office suite;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.

- Decisiveness and good judgment;
- Ability to manage several files at once, according to priorities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Reliability in managing files;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, resourcefulness;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
