Biggar will join the IPH Limited Group and the multi-jurisdictional intellectual property services that it offers.&nbsp; Completion is expected in September 2022 and is subject to satisfaction or waiver of closing conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This large cross-border transaction represents a significant strategic move for IPH that extends IPH\u2019s international network beyond Asia Pacific and into an additional significant secondary market.&nbsp;
