Senior counsel, Howard joined our firm in 1975 and led our Litigation Group until 1996, when he was elected managing partner of Lapointe Rosenstein, a position he held for more than a decade. He is widely recognized for his great qualities as a litigator, negotiator and mediator, as well as for his human values, as evidenced by his involvement in numerous community causes and organizations, most notably the Jewish General Hospital, where he served as co-chair of the Ride to Conquer Cancer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hospital Foundation as well President of the Board of Governors of the Hospital.<\/p>\n

Jean-Roch Boivin joined our firm in 2002. His extensive experience, particularly in the areas of corporate finance and M&A, has greatly contributed to the success of numerous commercial transactions.
