The COVID-19 crisis has shaken up the existing timetable, propelling many technological initiatives forward, but such imposed digital shift is not taking place at the same pace from one country to another, from one legal tradition to another.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1982, the <i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Bankruptcy Institute<\/a> (ABI) <\/i>is a multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization devoted to bankruptcy issues.
