An examination of the best practices for doing business in Canada in light of the existing privacy and security landscape is also on the agenda of this forum organized by HB Conferences Litigation.<\/p>\n<p>Privacy law in Canada is highly dynamic. It is also extremely important to American companies due to the significant amount of trade between the two countries. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner is currently working on defining the bounds of a Canadian Right to be Forgotten.
