They are Maria Bechakjian and Myriam Martel Belmihoub.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en-CA\/team\/attorneys\/lawyer-bechakjian-maria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maria Bechakjian<\/a> is practicing with our Commercial Law group. She first joined our team as a student in the summer of 2016 after completing her third year of law at McGill University. Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018, she also obtained a degree in Political Science from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al in 2013. She worked as a student researcher at \u00c9ducaloi and volunteered at the McGill Legal Information Clinic.<\/p>\n<p>Myriam Martel Belmihoub is joining our Insurance Law group. She has worked at our firm as a student since the summer of 2017. A law graduate from the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, she was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018. During her studies, she demonstrated leadership as vice president of events for the Comit\u00e9 de droit des affaires of UQ\u00c0M. In addition, Myriam worked for three years at a large Canadian insurance company, where she advised clients as a personal-lines damage insurance agent and acted as a coach for her work team.<\/p>\n<p>During their legal studies, Maria and Myriam both clerked for Mr. Jean-Pierre Archambault, judge of the Court of Quebec \u2013 Civil chamber.<br \/> \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/CMS\/MediaFree\/image\/Congratulations%20attorneys.JPG\" width=\"500\" height=\"182\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melan\u00e7on is pleased to announce the hiring of two new lawyers who performed their internships in its offices.
