E., <em>representing the <\/em><em>Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em><br \/> \u2022 M<sup>tre<\/sup> Michel P. Synnott, <em>representing the Bar of Montreal<\/em><br \/> \u2022 M<sup>tre <\/sup>Sophia M.
