The purpose of this Bill was to rectify the title to the Mackay site of which MAB-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre is the owner.<\/p>\n<p>The enactment of this Bill was necessary in order to permit the completion of the integration of the MAB-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre into the Constance-Lethbridge Rehabilitation Centre, which would strengthen the physical rehabilitation mission of the Centre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 universitaire des services de sant\u00e9 et services sociaux du Centre-ouest-de-l\u2019\u00eele-de-Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>The work done drafting this Bill 233 and preparation of supporting legal documents required for the presentation and enactment of this Bill required the expertise of a team of lawyers and notaries of our firm. Months of work was devoted to this matter.
