Peter Moraitis<\/a>\u00a0was recently certified as a small claims mediator by the Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n

This new certification will allow him to intervene with parties that have decided to submit their disputes to mediation in the context of proceedings before the small claims division of the Court of Quebec. As a certified mediator, Peter will receive mediation requests via the office of the small claims division in the judicial district of Montreal. He will then be called upon to meet with the parties involved in an attempt to reach a tailored settlement.<\/p>\n
