Antonietta Melchiorre<\/a>\u2019s conference, entitled \u201cHow to avoid capital punishment: The revocation of your license\u201d will provide a brief summary of the most recent decisions rendered by the Disciplinary Committee of the Chambre de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re<\/em> in which the revocation of a licence, either permanent or temporary was ordered. The conference is geared towards the review of certain practices which must be avoided at all times.<\/p>\n

This conference will be given to various groups of stockbrokers in the weeks to come. It could also be of interest to all members of the Chambre de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Me<\/sup> Melchiorre is a partner and co-chief of the Civil and Commercial litigation group. She has a vast experience in securities litigation, namely in regards to disciplinary complaints.
