Their conference entitled “Reducing Franchisor Control while Ensuring Excellence in Execution: How to Find the Right Balance?” is designed to help franchisors avoid structural pitfalls.<\/p>\n

This presentation will provide an overview of key risk factors for franchisors who are actively involved in their franchisees’ operations.<\/p>\n

In addition, the speakers will consider the issues that arise when franchisors ensure performance of obligations that would ordinarily be expected to fall upon their franchisees. By analyzing the relevant legal framework, including through a comparative law review, they will share practical advice to help franchisors in this context.<\/p>\n

This conference, held at the Palais des congr\u00e8s de Montr\u00e9al, is organized by the Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec. It will be offered in person and as a virtual conference.<\/p>\n
