This Act proposes a system to verify if business enterprises that want to contract with a government body or a municipality meet the requisite integrity conditions. For the most part, it applies to contractors, engineers or professionals intervening in the construction industry.<\/p>\n<p>To promote awareness and inform our clients about this matter, a conference was organized at our offices last February 28<sup>th<\/sup> with\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/en-CA\/Team\/Attorneys\/Lawyer+M%C3%A9nard+Michel\" rel=\"noopener\">Michel M\u00e9nard<\/a> as speaker.<\/p>\n<p>This presentation was followed by a cocktail during which the speaker was able to answer clients\u2019 questions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Does your business enterprise meet the requisite conditions of the new Integrity in Public Contracts Act?
