Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Turcot joined our team as a student in the summer of 2020 and completed her articling term in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke.<\/p>\n
Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique is now a member of our Litigation, Insurance and Professional Liability team. She practices more specifically in the areas of civil and professional liability, civil litigation and construction, as well as in disciplinary law. She represents the interests of our clients before the various judicial and administrative tribunals and advocates alternative dispute resolution.<\/p>\n
During her studies, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique had the opportunity to do numerous internships, notably in an administrative tribunal, where she carried out research mandates and acted as a court clerk, then in the civil and commercial litigation team of a Quebec law firm, and finally, in a Canadian financial institution, which allowed her to deepen her knowledge in commercial financing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2417,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"equipe_cat":[80],"class_list":["post-2222","equipe","type-equipe","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","equipe_cat-attorneys"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
