Cyntia Bedrossian joined our team as a student in the summer of 2019 and has been with our firm since the completion of her training at the \u00c9cole du Barreau and articling in 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cyntia is a member of our commercial and real estate law group, and has handled a number of mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses. Cyntia has also acquired experience in drafting, negotiating and concluding various commercial contracts, including share and asset purchase agreements, commercial leases, shareholders’ agreements, as well as employment, licensing, services and consulting mandates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since the start of her practice, Cyntia has worked closely with her clients, developing an understanding of their needs and supporting them through all phases of the transaction to better meet their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
