SELENA LU GARNERS HONOURABLE MENTIONS

The Coalition of the Youth Chamber of Commerce in Québec (Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec – RJCCQ) has unveiled the finalists in the Grands Prix de la relève d’affaires competition.

Selena Lu, a young lawyer in our firm and Chair of the Young Chinese Professional Association (YCPA), is a finalist in the Women Leadership category.

In addition, the organization that she has chaired since 2014 (the YCPA) is also a finalist in two categories: Chamber of Commerce of the Year and Activity of the Year: Orchid Ball. Through her vision and contributions, Selena has brought together more members and increased participation in activities, projects and business events organized by the YCPA while providing greater visibility to her cultural community in the business world.

For 24 years, the RJCCQ has been supporting a network of 38 youth chambers of commerce and youth wings across Québec, representing more than 10,000 young professionals, executives, self-employed workers and entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 to 40 years and counts among its ranks nine organizations from cultural communities. The gala will take place on June 18th at the Mont-Blanc Conference and Reception Centre in Laval. This is an annual event celebrating accomplishments and innovations as well as the creation of Québec know-how.
