Marjolaine has been working as a paralegal since January 2023, mainly in the corporate field. She joined our firm in 2021 as an assistant and then as an annual updates agent.
She assists lawyers and clients with annual updates, incorporation and organization of federal and provincial corporations, filing of extra-provincial annual reports and audit of minute books.
Marjolaine also conducts searches on public registers, such as the Register of personal and movable real rights (“RPMRR”), analyzes results and prepares search reports. She also prepares the forms for the registration of rights with the RPMRR.
