Marie-Pascale Rolland is a lawyer in the Tax, Estate Planning and Tax Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of tax law, including tax planning strategies in the context of commercial transactions, such as the incorporation of corporations, the establishment of partnerships and trust structures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. She advises clients with their undertakings, whether they are setting up a new business, making an acquisition, restructuring their business or intend to transfer their business.
She also provides legal advice to clients in the context of estate planning and voluntary disclosures, where she represents them before the tax authorities.
Due to her background, Marie-Pascale is also called upon to draft various types of commercial contracts for clients, such as shareholder agreements, general and limited partnership agreements and joint venture agreements.
