Marie-Christine Lysymanko joined our team as a student in the summer of 2019. She holds a bachelor of civil law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and has completed her training at the École du Barreau.
During her university studies, Marie-Christine participated in the Laskin Moot, a national bilingual competition in administrative and constitutional law. Through this experience, she honed her oratory and legal research skills. Her team won second prize for the best factums and oral arguments among the 18 Canadian faculties.
Moreover, she gained a diversified professional experience in the legal field, having worked in a large Quebec law firm as well as in the legal department of a multinational corporation, where she was called upon to draft legal documents and to deliver outstanding customer service.
In addition to her academic commitments, Marie-Christine was involved in numerous top-level volleyball teams and competed at the provincial and national levels. She now enjoys running and playing tennis in her spare time. She is particularly fond of sailing, a passion cultivated since childhood.
