Sofia Saïm

Sofia Saïm joined our team as a student in the summer of 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université de Montréal and plans on completing her training at the École du Barreau in the fall of 2021.

Throughout her university career, Sofia has been deeply involved in her community, both on and off campus. After serving as vice-president and president of the Université de Montréal’s Lawyers Without Borders Committee during her first years in law school, she subsequently became the network’s coordinator and supervised its seven university divisions. Moreover, she had the chance to complete an observation internship in a Quebec law firm in her first summer of law school. She also volunteered at the Clinique juridique de Saint-Michel (Saint-Michel Legal Clinic).

Alongside her academic studies, Sofia enjoys travelling, visual arts and gastronomy. She also has an athletic side – she has been playing soccer since an early age and coached artistic gymnastics for several years.
