Does your business enterprise meet the requisite conditions of the new Integrity in Public Contracts Act?
Last December 7th, the National Assembly passed a new act on integrity in public contracts. This Act proposes a system to verify if business enterprises that want to contract with a government body or a municipality meet the requisite integrity conditions. For the most part, it applies to contractors, engineers or professionals intervening in the construction industry.
To promote awareness and inform our clients about this matter, a conference was organized at our offices last February 28th with Michel Ménard as speaker.
This presentation was followed by a cocktail during which the speaker was able to answer clients’ questions.
