Overview
Ruth Veilleux practices with the firm’s Litigation, Insurance and Professional Liability Law group.
She focuses her practice on insurance law, professional liability, construction law, civil liability, and transportation law.
Ruth is regularly called upon to plead matters of insurance law, professional liability and transportation law before the Superior Court or the Quebec Court of Appeal.
She also has been called upon to represent important clients in their defence of class action suits which has enabled her to develop expertise in this field.
