Catherine Rousseau


Catherine Rousseau joined our team as a student in the summer of 2017 and went on to complete her professional training.

She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the Université de Montréal as well as a Master of Laws degree from Queen’s University focusing on the securities regulation of cryptocurrency offerings. During her studies, Catherine clerked during a period of one year at the Superior Court of Quebec for the Honourable Marie-Claude Armstrong and the Honourable Élise Poisson. She was also selected to present her Master's paper at the University of British Columbia during the 23rd Annual UBC Interdisciplinary Legal Studies Graduate Student Conference on Innovation in Law and Policy. Her Master’s paper was published in the Banking and Finance Law Review in December 2019.

Catherine currently sits on the Board of Directors of Camp Amy Molson, a non-for-profit organization which goal is to promote the self-development of underprivileged children of Montreal.
