Marie-Christine Lysymanko
Articling Student

Marie-Christine Lysymanko joined our team as a student in the summer of 2019. She holds a bachelor of civil law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke.

During her university studies, Marie-Christine took part in the Laskin Moot, a simulated trial of constitutional and administrative law. This experience enabled her to enhance her skills in legal writing, jurisprudential research, and oral argument. Eager to share her passion for oral argument to fellow students in her faculty, Marie-Christine was appointed vice president of recruitment of the Debate Club at Université de Sherbrooke. Furthermore, she worked for the administrative department of a Quebecois firm, where she was asked to draft legal documents, while delivering the utmost customer service.

In addition to her academic commitments, Marie-Christine was involved in multiple top-level volleyball teams and competed at the provincial and national levels. She now enjoys running and playing tennis in her spare time. She is particularly fond of sailing, a passion developed since childhood.
