Overview
Elaine Volgyi is a paralegal and she joined our office in September 1998.
She proceed with the various background checks, filings and publications with various municipalities, school boards, business registrar, RDPRM, land register and Industry Canada, She also obtains the various information required in the course of due diligence verifications and manages several insurance collection files. She also does various researches on laws, courts rulings and doctrine.
Elaine prepares, follows and keeps up to date the various Trusts books and registers.
