Nadia Nardelli

Nadia Nardelli has been a paralegal since 1996 and joined our firm in 1998.

She assists attorneys with the preparation of closing documents in connection with various transactions such as reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and arrangements in relation to fiscal and commercial planning, and provides support to clients and attorneys of the firm at closings. She also prepares documentation in this regard, more specifically, incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share transactions, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers, estate freezes and various other transactions. She is also specialized in minute book reviews in the context of due diligence.

Nadia continues to acquire knowledge and specialize in her field through ongoing education via legal conferences, seminars and discussion groups.
