Overview
Elena Nanocchio joined our firm in October 2007. She has practical experience in corporate financing and the publication of movable and immovable property rights, as well as in corporate matters such as auditing, incorporations, reorganizations, and their annual upkeep.
Elena is assigned primarily to transactions pertaining to Real Estate and Corporate Finance, where she assists in preparing various documents. She also conducts the necessary research with the Business Register, Industry Canada, the RDPRM and the Land Registry, and assists with the publications of movable property at the RDPRM.
